The Catecholamine Society Dinner and Lecture

The Catecholamine Society Dinner and Lecture will be held in FORK, Old City, Philadelphia, PA. A pre-dinner reception will begin at 6:30 PM, followed by seated multicourse meal, and lecture. Both members and non-members of the society are welcome!

• Appetizers: Kuri Squash Soup, pickled Apple, smoked grapes, feta, hazelnut dukkah, Spanish Mackerel Crudo
• Entrees: Pickled foraged Mushrooms, spigarella, Monkfish, Duck Breast and duck sausage, kim chi Dry Aged Burger
• Desserts: Apple tart, coconut pudding, salted caramel, toasted coconut, mascarpone Chocolate cremeux
